3. What are the payment choices?

4. Shipping and Handling
   • Within the 48 U.S. continental states, shipping and handling fee is $5.95 for any purchase up to $50; it is $8.95 for any purchase between $50.01 and $100;
   • Within the 48 U.S. continental states, shipping and handling is free for any purchase above $100;
   • For any address outside the 48 U.S continental states, please contact us for the shipping cost;
   • International orders will be charged a minimum shipping fee ($18) when the order was placed. Additional shipping fee will be requested through paypal if necessary;
   • Orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days after the payment is received;
   • Shipping is via UPS or USPS;
   • Detailed delivery time depends on distance, and is usually within 5 working days for domestic orders, or 2-3 weeks for international orders.

5. Returning Policies
   • Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped out;
   • Shipping and handling fee is not refundable once the order is shipped;
   • Due to the nature of our products, items are not refundable after the bottles are opened.
   • All returned orders are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee;
